Install and run 64-bit WoW Client (4.3.2) If you're like me then you have been waiting for this client with bated breath since the announcement that it was on the PTR. Today 1/31/2012 WoW Patch 4.3.2 was released which has a handful of changes and fixes, it also provides support for a 64-bit version of the wow client.
I can click 'Play' It hangs & says launching then reverts back to Play again.
Neither of the .exe are in the World of Warcraft Folder.
I tried deleting the program data Bnet folder. The incidles? Folder in WoW/Data. Still not getting anything.

Sorry to hear about the missing executables.. have you run the scan/repair process yet? That should re-download any missing files.

64 Bit Wow Installer Windows 7
got 64bit OS too,however it installed 32bit, im so confused...
Please navigate to your World of Warcraft installation directory by selecting 'Show in Explorer' in the Options section of the Blizzard app WoW tab.
You should see Wow.exe and World of Warcraft Launcher.exe. Wow-64.exe no longer exists. So if you are using any shortcuts that involve the old executables, they will no longer work. There is no longer a 32-bit executable.
Make sure you are launching the game through the Blizzard app, and that the .exe exist in the installation folder.
Let me know if you do not see them.
Also, I've tried to fix this issues a couple ways now with no luck.
1. Repair.exe - doesnt restore wow.exe
2. Copying wow.exe from a previous installation and then repairing just deletes the file.
3. deleting the wtf and interface folders and repairing - didnt replace the files.
Im about to about to do a reinstall but that will take a couple of hours.
From what I have seen so far, this is based on having multiple copies of the game installed in different locations. Obviously I can't say that is the case for everyone.
I would recommend completely removing all WoW folders and files and trying a fresh install if you cannot locate another installation. I know that sucks, but it is the only option I can recommend for now.

I am running windows 7 - 64bit, not sure what the problem is.
6 months ago Avast decided the wow.exe was a virus and quarantined it. I don't use the launcher or wow.exe to launch wow prior to this patch, I used the wow-64.exe file which avast didn't quarantine.
Running the repair won't fix the issue as avast will simple remove the offending files.
White listing the wow folder has allowed the repair to return the files. Sadly I'm now restoring an old backup since I uninstalled wow..
Your crashes are being caused by the RivaTuner/MSI Afterburner Overlay. Please disable that and you should be good.
